About us - What we believe

We will only ever breed official colours i.e. Fawn, Brindle or Pied, and don't believe blues or other artificially produced colours should be bred or registered.

This link to the French Bulldog Club of England explains what is acceptable and what isn't. The link to the Kennel Club explains what you should look for in a French Bulldog; all of our dogs fully meet the breed standard.

All our dogs are fully health checked, including DM, which other breeders don't necessarily test for. If you have one of our puppies we guarantee that through careful breeding and selecting only health checked sires, we have given them the best start we can. We fully support the health drives being made by French Bulldog associations to stamp out unscrupulous money driven breeders who don't care about the dogs and call upon the Kennel Club to follow suit.

All of our dogs have excellent breathing, and we wouldn't breed from a dog who had that type of issue. French Bulldogs are a short nose - or Brachiocephalic - breed, but, unlike other breeds,  Frenchies have changed very little for a century. The below image is from Austria in 1920.
